Shipping policy

We ship through carriers  USPS and UPS. Estimated 2-5 business days. Processing times not including shipping times are 3-5 business days.

All transit times are estimates. Please ensure that you provide correct date when placing order to ensure timely completion and shipment on custom orders. We are not responsible for any delays once orders have shipped.

 

LOCAL PICK UP

Pick up orders are available for local customers. Orders are ready 1-2 business days before due date. Details for pickup are outlined in the pick-up notification email. Orders not picked up with 2 business days will be assessed a $2/day holding fee;
